Terms and conditions

• Conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings, admission to all technical sessions.
• Confirmation of Registration: registration is accepted when full payment has been received. Once payment has been cleared, you will receive the confirmation via email from the Secretariat Committee.
• Payment policy: any relating bank charges shall be paid by the sender (international payment: kindly use OUR to fill infield 71 A "Details of Charges" on the SWIFT document), otherwise the registration is not accepted until payment is restive in full amount.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Not allowable cancellation and refund.
